Sept 25 Sea day cruising

Last day of the cruise is a sea day cruising back to Boston and then a flight back to DFW. The weather so far has been great except for two mornings of fog that burned off by noon. Today is very windy at 53 mph winds, some big white cap waves but the ship is not rocking much just a little but it don't seem to be bothering anyone lots of people out and about. I spent a little time packing for tomorrows flight and then went out to have fun on the ship. Tonight for our last meal of the cruise we went to Chops Grill it's a specialty steak house on board, It was great I had a 16oz bone in ribeye and they brought all kinds of different side dishes and was served family style it was so much food and the steaks cut like butter it was the best meal of the trip. all in all a great ending to our cruise. We will be off loading tomorrow morning in Boston and catching our 3:00pm flight back home. It was a great cruise I had an awesome time and saw some great sight's. next trip Egypt march 16 2010.

Sept 24 halifax,Nova Scotia

It was foggy coming in this morning to Halifax at 7:00am but by the time we docked at 8:00am it was clearing some. I went on a tour out to Peggy's cove a little fishing village of about 60 lobster fishing family's. It was a cool little town with a really nice light house on a rocky point. After there I went back into Halifax and went to the Maritime museum to view the Titanic exhibit but I was disappointed in that because there wasn't really much there to see but all in all it Iam glad i went there. I really liked Halifax.

Sept 23 sea day

Finally a sea day so now i can slow down and get some rest. Not many pic's for today but I will give you the first sun rise . Sense we are so Far east and north we see the sun rise before it rises in the United States. It was awesome this morning with deep blood red's and pinks.

Sept 22 ST. John New Brunswick & Bay of fundy

We went on a tour to ST.Martin & the Bay of Fundy today it was foggy this morning till about 10:00am then it cleared some to a partly cloudy day. I had seafood chowder on the beach at Fundy bay then went looking for wishing stones along the beach( more on that later) We then went on to view two of the 30 wood covered bridges in Canada.

Sept 21 Bar Harbor Main

Another nice day today clear blue Sky's. Sunrise, Acadia National Park and whales.
